      Doesn't matter even if true, still a war crime. You cannot attack or target Persons Hors de Combat. You are never allowed to target injured persons who have laid down arms or are hospitalized, enemy combatant or no.

        Well, the article says "Gunmen", so I assume they had berettas soddered to their hands a la Guns Akimbo.

          no its actually so bad that the BBC article on this directly quotes a witness describing them being shot directly in the head while sleeping
