It's little more than than a way to boast of your attempts to make surface-level improvements while ignoring the root cause of the obstacles marginalized people face. It's not however a cultural Marxist plot to subvert "meritocracy" and hold back cishet white men.
Conservative difficulty mode is when you play on easy mode and claim that everyone else has it better than you because of DEI.
