    Arm technique: [v] Quadruple Stroke. 90-95BPM. Drop arm get four strokes grouped as sixteenth notes and sextuplets. 10 mins. Almost done here.

    Buzz Roll Technique [v] Four Full Strokes and then one buzzed stroke. Keep hand shape and tension from the full strokes and then let it bounce as much as possiblem 60-65BPM 10 mins.

    Foot technique: [v] Heel Down 70-80 pedal stays with foot 15 beater digs in [v] Full leg 130-145 230 min each [v] Ankle 165-150 down 230 each

    Groove Studies: [v] Jazz ride with bass drum beat 4 permutations [v] Rhythm Scale Benny greb app 15 mins. [v] Quarter note trips 10 mins. 60bpm [v] Quarter notes 10 mins. 60bpm.
