I hope everybody's month is going great so far.

As usual, some discussion ideas:

  • Do you want to share something you've done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
  • What would you like to do next week?
  • Which aspect are you currently focused on improving?
  • Do you have any streaks? For example, "sober for one day." Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
  • If you don't have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
  • Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

    I'm coding up a site, and learning about implementing AI stuff in actually-useful non-dystopian contexts.

    I've noticed through my life that I spend one out of every 2-10 weeks feeling depressive, but also the occasional week of mania. Like a mild bipolar or something. This week has been a weird week of mild mania and I've loved it, it's been some months since my last bout. Makes me feel so productive and hopeful.

    Anyway the point is, learning stuff is cool. I encourage everyone to just learn stuff, practical or not.
