Most sources I can find on the PFLP describe it as secular, but am I correct to assume that it would have many Muslims amongst its ranks due to the mostly Muslim demographics of Palestine?
Their founder was a Palestinian Christian, pretty sure they recruit from all ethno-religious backgrounds but being as most Palestinians are Sunni Muslim their membership is probably predominantly Muslim.

They're secular yeah, but they still even have some sheikhs as their members.
