It's 3am and I have a job interview in 5 hours. I woke up some time before 2am.

Why, brain? Why do you do this?

    Yeah, it does.

I average about 4 hours of sleep a night, even after days of long physical labor.

I came home yesterday after a 14 hour shift, so tired my feet are dragging the floor. Showered, went straight to bed. Soon as i hit the bed, i couldnt sleep. Fell asleep at midnite, woke at 345. Laid in the dark with my eyes open for 2 more hours before just getting out of bed.

It makes for really long, shitty days.

    It really fucking sucks.

I hate waking up and not being able to go back to sleep almost more than just getting no sleep at all.

Same. I think im worse of physically and mentally with little sleep than just staying awake.

        Solidarity with my sleepy comrades

Oof. Or when you accidentally overslept and then you feel sluggish and lethargic the whole damn day? What the hell is that about?
