Yes. Google and Apple are subjects of the NSA and certain Orwellian laws. Then you have things like Telegram banning RT because US media couldn't compete with "adversary media" and I couldn't get RT channels even through a VPN and Tor. ISPs can be ordered to block traffic to and from TikTok servers.
