Ok, genuinely, the first time I heard about anti-deutsche was at the age of 24 from a non-German podcast. I’ve been living here since I was two. And while Anti-Deutsch is simply a supposedly radical repackaging of the political mainstream, thus entirely congruent with dominant political thought, it is by no means relevant in German politics beyond trapping people susceptible to left wing thought in an asinine ideology. I would even argue that most people have never heard of them.

living here for 40 years and i only ever read about them in foreign news. They're completely not relevant in Germany at all.
