Got called in the office the other day and was told by 3 different supervisors that I was abusing reduced lunch privileges (going home 15-30 minutes early)

In a 80 person office, I'm one of 4 or 5 people that can do certain tasks in the morning and one of 3 people that can do certain tasks in the afternoon. I rarely call out and have never said no to coming in early or working overtime to help cover for my coworkers.

In a 80 person office, a good 50-60 percent of the workers take advantage of the same reduced lunch but there's no recourse for them.

Let's see how they like it on a busy Monday when I know there will be at least two call outs, the hypocritical fucks.

Gonna use my free day to talk to my union president, look at other places in my town to transfer in to, meet up with a friend for coffee, try a new chicken place for the first time, and spend extra time with my wonderful wife and son.

You sound like my father but, he usually talks about dealing with other custodians abusing the system. Same grievances though, the usual arbitrary management.
