If you're going to get 5 year sentences for stopping traffic then you might as well do something that's actually worth 5 years.

Did they get caught planning in zoom? Because I have a feeling they'd get at least one or two convictions if they got caught

Palestine Action? They're arrested regularly. They don't take it to court because they don't want a weapons company's secrets being open to evidence requests that they have to comply with during the discovery phase of a trial.

They definitely convicted at least a handful of them just last year, but they ended up getting less time than the Just Stop Oil people so maybe you're right that they should have just done something cooler

Teledyne being an american one may have been the problem there. All the israeli factories such as Elbit have simply had arrested activist walk without charges.

They definitely got charged and were mostly acquitted by a jury. Only one conviction.

This is the 2021 case and is before the actions really blew up. There have been literally hundreds of people arrested taking part in recent years. They just let people walk out a few hours later. Often they don't even arrest, just detain for some time on site and take details then let people go after.
