I believe there's some subtlety to it that you miss just going for alliteration like Kookie Kamala. Think about how tightly he had a chokehold on the culture with Lyin Ted, Crooked Hillary, and Sleepy Joe. None of those were alliteration. There's an art to it that the unattuned might miss. A better one might look more like Second-Choice Kamala, Weirdo Kamala, or Strange Kamala.
Watching Trump run roughshod over Lyin' Ted, Little Marco, and ¡Jeb! was really something else. In a better world, Trump would be making a living doing crowd work in small clubs.
