    This is my life too, father died before I was ten, mother got multiple autoimmune diseases when I was 13-14. We lived a country away from our family and had no support. The bit about fighting for three years to get disability then a lawyer taking most of it was us to a T, even though my mother's doctor said it was the "most aggressive case of RA I've ever seen" and she worked a fucking keyboard job.

    I deserved a more peaceful childhood than that, and so does everyone.
