The IBA said that she has XY chromosomes but that may not be reputable, and even if true, it may not be the cause of the elevated testosterone levels as she was born with a "standard" female anatomy. She is a high-level athlete, she probably was taking steroids and timed the end of her cycle a bit to closely to that event. I'd imagine that her T levels were below the limit for the Olympics as they are allowing her compete.

I'm sure that plenty of XX cis women have the same issue with steroids all the time but we never hear about it because they weren't born woke.

Also the boxer that lost was having an equipment issue and stated after the loss that she had no issue fighting Khelif, so she's not even complaining about it.

Do you have a source for the XY chromosomes? The only source I've seen that from is the IBA which as I mentioned isn't a trustworthy source necessarily. I've seen the president of the IBA claim that in a an interview with Russian media but they haven't put out anything past that.

Not saying XY chromosomes would change my opinion on the situation but it would be helpful to know

That's the only place I've seen it, so it may not be reputable. I've noticed that some articles are not including that statement, so it may not be 100% verified.
