You know if you told me 10 years ago that right wing ‘thought leaders’ would be amusing themselves playing ‘happy family’ dolls with celebrities’ photos, I would have assumed that the right wing was comprehensively defeated. Weird world hu?
Even more maddeningly, they’re playing house with fake images of people they HATE under some idea they’re “owning the libs”.
...because the implication is sexual assault. That's what they're doing: threatening women they don't like with rape, without saying the word "rape." There's a disturbing number of conservatives who think not only should rape have zero consequences for the rapist, rape victims secretly enjoy it and you can use sexual assault to force women into liking you.
I have no doubt Musk hangs out in incel/MGTOW spaces where this rhetoric is the norm.
