  • It's changed just as much as it did going from 1920 to 1960 lol....the fedora and trenchcoat, for example, were fashion staples until the early 70s. Skinny ties were one of the more distinct parts of men's fashion throughout the 60s. The rest of the ensemble? You're going to struggle finding differences between men's suits from each of those decades.

  • Naw the 2000s had a distinct style if you go back and look, especially for women. Low-cut jeans and spaghetti straps were popular. A lot of boys wore baggy jeans, long t-shirts, ball necklaces, etc. Studs and other accessories made from steel. Goth and punk aesthetics. And bleached hair styled into spikes.

The 2010s are starting to become distinct, too. We just don't notice changes as they're happening. A lot of the early 80s looked like the 70s. A lot of the mid 60s looked like the late 50s.

If someone isn't going to read a book of feminist theory because 100 pages is too much, they sure as shit are not going to put the effort in examining why they've never had a relationship lmao. Incels require serious de-programing that will involve separating them from other incels and incel communities.

Having better memes isn't going to deter them from hating women. Leftists already have more substantiated content (Star Trek is an obvious example). The Joe Rogan pipeline exists because they seek out ways to reaffirm their shitty views. They peddle shitty right-wing memes because they seek those out, too.

I think a lot of people are overly optimistic about how much can be done with white settlers. Not to be all doomer, but I don't have much faith in places like the US where incels exist to do anything other than fascism once push comes to shove.

Edit: went and had a look at the modlog. JFC Hexbear, no, we do not need to cater to the incels lmao

  • stay low because it's easier to drive.

This is my hometown. Bus is supposed to come every 10, then 20, then 10 minutes. Really, they come once every 45 minutes to an hour due to traffic congestion and not enough busses. They operate from 7:00 AM to 8 PM, no service on Sundays.

Because of all this, you can't rely on the bus for transportation, lest you want to show up to every stop an hour early so you don't miss work. The only people who ride the bus are kids, people with suspended licenses, or people too elderly/disabled to drive. They only use the bus because they legally cannot drive. So now everyone says "Well I don't use the bus, so why would I pay more taxes to support the bus? and funding gets cut, causing a negative feedback loop.

It was incredibly frustrating before getting my license to get around anywhere. And that was like 20 years ago or some shit, so bus prices are higher now than the $0.50 ~ $0.75 when I was in middle school/high school. I think it's closer to $3 now to go one-way.

  • I think I remember peeing on my dad once when I was two. That's about it. Wasting that much money on a party, especially a year that's fairly insignificant, deserves serious re-education. She claims she never had a birthday party growing up because she was poor. Then holy fuck me in the shitting Christ maybe don't pull the ladder up behind you? You could have literally paid some random kid's college tuition and permanently changed their life. You could have paid for a homeless shelter's annual budget. Fucking Humane Society volunteer salary.

I cannot imagine spending that amount of money on someone who won't remember it. All those toys will end up at Good Will or in the trash once the kids are in preschool. Fucking disgusting behavior.

Mao did nothing wrong, sparrows deserved worse.

  • Presbyterian church

Oh. Oh. Yeah that's a super, duper no-no lmao. Presbyterianism is just like the Catholicism, except pastors can get married, be women, and divorce is allowed. They don't do confession or confirmation. Otherwise, they have a lot of the same doctrines and interpretations. They're one of the sects closest to Roman Orthodox.

I'd expect that comment out of an Evangelical preacher, but a Presbyterian pastor? He's venturing outside of what his own sect believes.

  • /r/WhitePeopleTwitter is an example of whites wanting special treatment even when they're already given special treatment. Twitter itself is a white platform, along with r*ddit. It makes sense to have /r/BlackPeopleTwitter to create a space for black users (tho we all know that sub is full of whites doing blackface).

Real "Why is there a Black History Month, but no White History Month?" energy.

  • God these fuckers are so disingenuous and contrarian. Guards had facilities for them at concentration camps and sometimes kapos got limited access to those facilities for a variety of reasons. Ordinary prisoners did not have access to any of that. Often they were limited to their bunk house and the immediate area outside it, where they did forced labor.

Zone of Interest was good at depicting life of guards and the perks that came with it.
