The problem is that even if understood internet funny money, it's still a terrible idea. These silly boomer-targeting commemorative coins are at least silver but interest in bitcoin is still baffling unless it's just seen as a way to get ancap hogs excited.
Ricky from Sunnyvale minted "HashCoin" with a Play-Doh press and hash and it made a lot more sense and had tangible value and was more readily accepted. His brain don't think good and it was still a better idea than internet funny money.
