    Why sell? They're both appreciating in value. He's made more money than most of us will make in our entire lives just letting those mansions rot.

      But you could also like, rent them to rich people? He's got the money he could assign someone to deal with that.

        He could, or he could do nothing. Both make him money.

        Also I imagine renting to rich people is a bit more complicated than it is for you and I. A lot more real possibility of litigation than from us regular folks.

          Imagine you rent out a multi-million dollar property to the likes of a Polanski, a Coppola, an Epstein, or a Combs. Now you're potentially involved in their cop bullshit too, if they got nabbed at your pad they're renting.
