    • hit my steps goal all days but one
    • ate real food maybe 1 or 2 days
    • went to bed basically on time but have neither energy nor reason to get up in the morning

    • did less laundry than I’d like but there still not a Pile
    • watched a shitty movie with some pals
    • not properly managing my anxiety about my crush potentially moving away

      That sucks to hear about your crush moving away. I'd say it's okay to be upset about it for a while.
