Its because androgyny is consider the most highly and commonly accepted form of attractiveness. Some people find people like ron perlman or arnold schwartzenegger to be the peak of attractiveness but I doubt they would pull off the opposite gender.

Yeah I mean the guy is extremely fit and has strong facial features which generally is just gonna make you look more attractive regardless of gender.
He also has softer facial features that allows him to pull off the switch if he were to ever get into crossdressing lol
