        In the US the legislative branches (both federal and local) have the ability to override executive vetos. At the federal level its something like 2/3rds in both chambers. At the state level its kinda all over the place. A lot do 2/3rds, Arkansas is pointless as hell though, all they need is a majority. That being the case for Arkansas makes me think the veto was just an optics thing while the real blame is spread amongst all the state legislators rather than being laser focused on one guy.

        I think federally in the US, you can override vetos if you have like 2/3 of the vote or something, some kind of “supermajority”. I assume states have their own versions of this mechanic

        I think it bans gender related healthcare on trans youth
