If you check his account on Nitter - you can see in his recent tweets he's quadrupled down on his hatred of male Gazan children and teenagers.
Twitter sorts tweets on somebody's account by popularity. A great thing about Nitter is that the default is by date like at Reddit. On Nitter it's often (very) easy to quickly see how awful somebody is.
Imagine thinking that sympathising with the plight of the Palestinian people is the "in-group" majority opinion anywhere in the west.
