Marx and Lenin write about the need for the people to smash the machinery of the bourgeois state, but in the current stage of capitalism everything is part of the machinery of the bourgeois state.

The monopolization of every aspect of life has led to a rotten core to not just in political life, but individual and private life too. The built world bears the malformed birthmarks of socialism strangled in the womb, a state which permeates the people not in support of it, but in oppression of it.

The only way to smash this state is to smash everything.
