Workers who want to quit overwhelmingly say they're looking for a new job with more flexibility. Indeed, even among those who aren't considering changing jobs, half of people currently working remotely say if their current company doesn't continue to offer remote-work options long-term, they'll look for a job at a company that does.

You know all the people saying everyone wants to go back to the workplace? Apparently workers absolutely don't

You might want to check out the IWW, they have organizer training courses (which are being done over zoom with local iww orgs) that really break down how to map out your workplace and systematically identify shared issues and convert people to the effort. It's pretty helpful stuff, even if you don't try in this particular workplace now. When trying to agitate workers with kids/families, flex time and paid time off are often key goals that can get them to buy in.
