The manga is about a girl who becomes a Mahou Shoujo (the blue one in her group) and tries to fill in the trope of "being cool" but is too flustered from basically everything: her costume, her partner, her age (she's in highschool which I guess is kinda old for the genre). If I were to describe its vibe in one word it would be "whack."
