Here's a pretty cheap and easy vegetarian/ vegan (depending on if you add oil or butter) that I made last night. It was super good!

This is a nice one. Can't make to make this and a hundred other variations of beans and greens once my chard and sorrel get big enough to harvest.
I'm gonna make this for lunch. I don't have chard but I'll try with spinach and see.. wish i had bread though...
edit: i made it for lunch and it was good. should have stewed it a little longer but got impatient. put it over rice instead of with bread tho.
