I think it'd fucking kill it over there, this would fit right in in a Lido and all the local food is some mashup of black bread, garlic, sauerkraut and meats anyways.
apparently they actually sent over like 200 of them for taste testing to the ministry of agriculture and they apparently liked them so much that they were gonna open one there and dedicate a whole collective farm to it, but ofc Latvia tried to break away so they couldn't go through with it lol
