Edit: turns out cilantro apparently taste like coriander seeds, which I like. Weird phenomenon.

      A lot of places call the leaves "coriander" and the seeds "coriander seed"

      Other places call the leaves "cilantro" and the seeds "coriander"

      Yes, exactly, but we call "coriandro" to the dry seeds that we mill and put in sfihas and "cilantro" to the green leaves that people put in salsas.
