I was just saying that rich college kids from foreign countries aren't very representative, going off of what I know from the opinions of rich kids here going to America. Also my mother had a Chinese friend who worked for the CPC, and they gave her some sort of scholarship to do a PhD or masters or whatever it was abroad, but from what I gathered they were very strict about it and there was always the threat of cutting it off, so I wouldn't imagine they'd be very eager to anger someone.
