Penal Law Codex (StGB) - Article 307 Causing an explosion through nuclear energy
(1) - Who attempts to cause an explosion through the unleashing of nuclear energy and thus threatens to harm to a person or object of significant value, is punished with a sentence not below five years.
(2) - Who causes an explosion through the unleashing of nuclear energy and thus threatens to harm to a person or object of significant value by accident, is punished with a sentence of one to ten years.
(3) - If the culprit causes the manslaughter of another human through it, so the penalty
in the case of paragraph 1, a life sentence or imprisonment not below 10 years
in the case of paragraph 2, not below five years
(4) - Who, in the case of paragraph 2, acts negligently and causes the danger by accident, is punished by a sentence of up to three years or a fine.
