its straight up xenophobia at this point, it has been for a while, but this is the most blatant it's gotten.

Marco Rubio famously retweeted it was a "German Dam" but that turned out to be the name of the reporter writing about it. I hadn't even heard about the Three Gorges Dam stuff.
