Once you get it wait a few days and call them. Tell them you never got it and they will send a new one to you. Once you get the new one return the second unit for a refund and enjoy your awesome chair. My character has no lower back pain now thx to this hack in-game.
You can get an aftermarket mesh headrest that clamps on to the top of the chair. I don't mind mine unless I'm wearing headphones, since they bonk into the frame.

You'd probably need to have the $1400 in your bank account free and clear for at least a week or two while you're doing it.
I asked my baller friend in game to use his CC and order it for me.
Alternatively you can usually find Herman miller stuff fairly inexpensive through office liquidation auction sites.
This is totally a option if you have them in your area.

100% i wish that too. That's the only thing I would say is bad about it but I think the other model supports that feature.
