From what I can tell, and take this with a grain of salt because I am an Anglo, it's pretty much a white nationalist movement.
I don't think it's a WN movement writ large. Amongst older people it is, but among younger people and Montréal independentists it's very often left-wing.
I'm genernalizing for sure. I mean the main stream politics.
Definitely not not an uncritical support situation.
Certainly, not uncritical support. But there is still a left-wing separatist movement that is anti-racist especially among Québec Solidaire.
