Hear me out here, if I use my own personal property to do something, I own what is produced, but under capitalism, if I use someone else's (eg a company's) private property, the owner of that property owns what is produced, not me.

So if in a capitalist society I use someone else's private property and produce crime, that crime belongs to the owner of that property, correct?
