In this worldview, how do you possibly expect a man to be faithful? In their view a man is just a machine that fucks everything he's allowed to, and women are the gatekeepers. So the only thing stopping a man from cheating is other women refusing to have sex with him
There's a good chance they believe exactly that though.
But that's actually really misogynistic because it takes all the moral culpability for infidelity away from men since they essentially have no agency. Women have to take all responsibility for who sleeps with who
FDS and the red pill both have the mindset that anyone you date is going to try to take advantage of you, so you have to "vet" them.
In fairness it is a really good idea to vet your romantic and sexual partners. Problem is that these people are proponents of doing it with manipulation and shit tests, rather than with communication and observation.
