    How does that even make sense? If he engaged in an insurrection the Constitution is pretty clear that he can't hold office. What kind of flip floppy bs ruling is this?

    Not that I expected any better ofc. Why are liberals such cowards? Republicans have a plan to purge all levels of government on day 1 meanwhile libs can't even block Trump from the ballot in a single state, even while acknowledging that he did the thing that should disqualify him.

    It would have been interesting to see a state without both major parties on the ballot. Like how well would a third party do?

        Honestly I'd expect them to just rule that he didn't engage in insurrection.
