I would like to know how many hidroponic urban farms could be powered with all the energy wasted in monopoly money especulation. You know if we are gonna waste energy, at least you get a very clean carrot in return.

Without reading the paper I would say hidroponics can get you several cycles per year of strawberries, so it's actually more than 850g per plant per year, so
