It's been the most obviously sketch shit in the crypto space for the last 3 or 4 years since it was introduced, but nobody seems to give a fuck. Maybe this shock to the system will finally topple it? idk.
I'm not even sure if crypto people even know what Tether is.
They don’t know what tether is and don’t know how leveraged/inflated Bitcoin’s price was because of it.
Every time I ask ppl if they know about tether’s role in Bitcoin. they think I’m asking about whether tether coin is “good” or whether it will increase in price like Bitcoin. Shit is weird as fuck.
