I think it's mostly because she works with good producers etc. Like I remember hearing some of her songs and being like wow, these are so different from old Charli and really good, and then I realized they were produced by SOPHIE.
Yeah bless up her choice to continue working with AG Cook. Have to give her a lot of credit for changing her sound and working with those producers at all though. She gave up a lot of mainstream boring pop star potential to become what she is today, and we're better off for it.
