I recall something a guy Hasan brought on to his stream said about an anecdotal story of Palestinians teaching (at least) one of the early zionists on how to farm the land (either because they didn't know how to farm, or didn't know how to farm Palestinian lands).

What were relations like? Were they generally peaceful?

Also while I realize this is less history and more a question on modern times, what are relations between Ethiopian Jews and Palestinians like? Do they see a shared conflict with the current Israeli government, or do Ethiopian zionists also stand firmly with the Israeli government?
