No it's just because republicans didn't let him do anything...... don't you know they followed him around all day and just dog piled him so he couldn't move, it's hard to make meaningful legislation or ask questions about UFOs when rapid hordes of republican senators are taking turns tea-bagging you constantly, but I wouldn't expect extremists to understand the political process.
