    I remember Scott Ritter saying once that Wagner did recruit from prisons but not the harder cases like convicted killers.

    This reminds me of how there was some creative cope in Polish tabloids a while ago that Russia is only doing well in the war because Putin is doing black sacraments and is a closet satanist.
