Like there's been so many horrible game stories, but few have this many things going wrong because of factors completely out of their control. There's not one but two console changes, office politics fucking things up, Sega Japan refusing to share tools, sharing them but then taking them back, trying to make the deadline of a non-existent movie-all the stars are here. The team makes some mistakes, but almost all of the big ones are due to Sega Japan not playing nice with their American counterpart.
Anyone got any dev stories that are worse than this?
