Here's a shitty meme I spent all of about 5 minutes making.
Gotta post the song as well: DJ Aphodite - Stalker

this channel is :chefs-kiss:
We need to Make Breakcore Great Again. Kid 606's Catstep hit all of the sounds I loved about growing up with English EDM.
You just reminded me of this Jungle/IDM/Footwork EP I discovered a couple months ago: Daisuke Tanabe - Cat Steps. Last song is at 180 bpm and is a bit of a footwork + breakcore fusion.
That is a fantastic sound. Music I could accidentally crash my car to.
Yes I am a junglist, I always love the genre and it's offshoots. Don't listen to it much now, been exploring other things but I won't turn my nose up at it ever
I don't understand either, but chuds will find a way. Exhibit A: White nationalist reggae copypasta
Is this about jungle, the band? They're cool, I watched them live once
Nah, it's about jungle the genre lol. There's a bunch of jungle songs and mixes linked in these comments if you've never heard this jungle. That said, I've listened to a couple songs by the band Jungle and liked them, though not enough to cause me to out of my way to actually listen to them.
Also, the meme itself is based off of a scene from the movie "Human Traffic," so click on the context and watch that if you haven't already.
Edit: If you know what Drum & Bass (DnB) is, then for the purpose of explaining Jungle as simply as possible, we can just say that Jungle and DnB are the same thing. If you don't know what DnB is, then this was kinda a useless explaination lol.
:cat-vibing:
Edit: Have to add another :cat-vibing: just 'cause of how vibey the section at 5:34 is
holy shit. Justin Kerrigan taught me how to make films. Tuly a lovely guy. And what a dancer
(he's in the silver bomber here)
I'd heard that the director was one of the two junglists in that scene (never knew which one though). Pretty cool that you actually had him as a teacher.
