Goals for this week are achieved! I've been going to the gym for two months now and I've lost 5lbs and improved at basically every exercise I've been doing :comfy-cool:

Still Saturday here so I'll drop in.

Hit all my workouts again. No reliable scale that I've found so no idea how much weight I've put on though I know I have.

Have to start a new 4 week cycle that's more volume and heavy lifting. Plus I'll have more free time over the next 4 weeks to recover and really get after it.

Who cares how much it is as long as you are seeing progress? I should be starting a weight lifting routine as well, but Im still too worried about COVID to go to the gym

The checking the weight is more to make sure there is progress. My view of my body fluctuates a lot with my mood so if I can track weight I can ignore the times when I'm down and have a warped view of how I look.

        If that makes sense?

And I don't blame you on the gym thing. I got vaxed, the case right where I'm at right now is very low, and I go to the gym at a time where there's only ever 1-2 other people there. I got lucky. If all those hadn't come together I'd probably not be going still
