As vehicles get larger, due to entirely natural processes beyond our control,
I assume it is related to this:

Hmm, indeed. Perhaps making parking spots smaller would curb the growth of these vehicles.
Ford's efforts with this design apparently focus on deflection as a result.
Flying 50 ft through the air before skidding across the pavement for another 20, but at least I wasn't turned to paste by the frontal wall of a Ford F150

pocket brick was something a coworker and i thought of for our daily commute of riding bicycles in an urban environment. Like a brick just big enough to slide into your back pocket so that it was within easy reach to throw at cars.

Light pranks to disable a pickup truck: plug the tailpipe with a potato or something similar, will disable truck until removed. May take even professional mechanics some time to figure out. Cut valve stems off tires-pretty self explanatory Things to avoid doing as they will do catastrophic damage to your pickup truck: do only the first half of an oil change but forget about the second part. If an engine is started with no oil in it, it's pretty damn bad. You should be able to twist off the oil filter by hand, but this will drain more slowly if the engine is cold. To drain faster, crack off the drain plug with your wrench (usually a 15mm bolt, varies by model) or just take a cordless drill and make a hole in the bottom of the drain pan. You could probably similarly drain the transmission fluid, to similarly devastating effect, but this may be slightly harder to access of you aren't used to working on trucks.
The fastest to solve this problem is to make the bumper out of enough dynamite to destroy the entire car and everyone in it
