It is psychic and from Kalos and evolves into Meowstic
I couldn’t find any Pokémon like espurr In Aloha or Galar, the only other guess I have is Gothita
I think I might just be thinking of Meowstic and confusing it with Audino. Meowstic might be the pokemon I'm thinking of, haha. Damn.
