The White Spaniards are just delusional and there's no serious movement to bring them back to power. The Orleanists are represented most prominently by Action Francaise, a bunch of fascists who take their cue from the deranged ramblings of an antisemitic nazi collaborator and who owe their existence to the old french antisemitic leagues.
Many of them are American lol. Making fun of Americans for wanting socialism doesn't make sense because the US has a rich history of socialist activities, movements, and many of the things we take for granted today are the result of socialists. But monarchism? Outside of Paradox forums you'll be hard pressed to find any American who thinks an old guy wearing a $3 billion dollar crown shouldn't be shot if he was ruling the US.
