Leak reported at Chinese nuclear plant; Hong Kong 'closely watching' - NZ Herald

A French firm that helps manage the plant says it is dealing with a 'performance issue'.

Then hidden in the article: China, France, Hong Kong, and the USA say it's nothing.

Edit: And as far as there is any issue, it's a direct result of American sanctions 🙃
