If it's never been reported by anyone then it's unlikely to be taken down. Go report it; the more the mods have to do, the more likely they are to slip up or burn out and quit, which will hasten the demise of the sub.
Someone on here was saying don't report anything, because accurate reports will keep the place from being banned

They should be banned for that.
Im saying they argued that the way Reddit works is that they kill communities that don't report rule breaking content. So if you don't report bad PCM posts, eventually the admins will find it and notice it hasn't been reported, and eventually ban the whole subreddit.
Oh, got it! That can work, too, if that kind of non-compliance is widespread enough. And I guess that one post being still up is evidence that the non-compliance is pretty strong.
the real strategy is to flood the reports with tame garbage so the mods cant keep up.
