What are you folks listening to? I myself am continuing to ignore folklore.

Giraffes? Giraffes! released a new track that I've listened to a lot.

Deconstructive Surgery EP from The Chisel is another recent release I've snagged on Bandcamp.

I recently discovered Cuzco, which is a nice substitute for scratching the Clever Girl itch.

Caroline Rose's new album is fantastic. She just keeps getting better.

Secret Shame came up on a list recently, and has been pretty constantly on repeat.

Local band to me, Professor Caffeine and the Insecurities, needs more love. Good nerdy mathrock/emo.

From Chicago, Pixel Grip is one I really like to share with people.

Everything's Fine is on the nose for the hellworld we live in.

Its just really good to see other mathy leftists, I had no idea Giraffes were still even making music. I play guitar, someone should start a leftist math rock band, just normal math rock but all the titles are references to Lenin. We can call it "Bolsheviks? Bolsheviks!"

I need to find an old post either from /r/mathrock or CTH where someone pointed out that a few math rock band are explicitly leftist....

I do know Standards is left friendly, not sure if Marcos is socialist, communist, or just succdem.

A genre, known for complexity for complexity's sake and not boasting a huge fanbase sounds pretty leftist tbh
